This deliverable takes the form of a Document Type Definition forming a generic baseline for the development of the CONCEDE LDBs. The three parts of this deliverable are: Subsequent to the initial delivery of this report, the DTD was converted into XML format, primarily by Nancy Ide with support from Adam Kilgarriff and Tomaz Erjavec. This DTD has also been incorporated into the XCES standard as the DTD for encoding LKB's under CES.
